The Electronic Crime Partnership Initiative (ECPI) was established by the NIJ to support and expand the capabilities of state and local law enforcement to prevent and combat electronic crime. The ECPI is comprised of electronic crime subject matter experts representing law enforcement, academia, and the private sector from across the country. ECPI brings these groups together to identify solutions to the challenges electronic crime and digital evidence present to law enforcement and prosecution.
